We are the in house caterer for the Blue Barn Cidery and Pomona Room. You will find the current packages that we offer as well as some additional information here. Please note that the facility is booked first thru Jill Wolf at The Blue Barn (366-7358) first. We do require a $250.00 nonrefundable deposit within 10 days of booking the event. General Information

The Staff at Forest Hill Catering appreciates your business and look forward to working with you! Our courteous and professional staff is ready to serve you! Please don’t hesitate to contact us with any questions!

Deposits: We require a $250.00 deposit to secure your date. Your deposit will be applied toward your final bill at full value. In the event that your event is cancelled, your deposit becomes property of Forest Hill Catering. Final payment is due 10 days prior to the event. ALL payments are in the form Of cash or check ONLY! Deposits can be mailed to: 360 Maiden Lane Rochester, NY 14616. Please note the date of your event of the check! And on ALL correspondence! 

Guarantees and Pricing: Final guest count is due 15 days prior to the event date. The bill will be will be based on the final guarantee number. We do not make changes after that date. Because of the changing food market prices, menu prices are guaranteed 90 days prior to the event.

There is a 20% Facility Fee and 8% New York State Sales Tax as part of the total bill. ***Payments are accepted in the form of cash or check only, no credit cards are accepted. The Administrative Charge is not distributed as a gratuity to the employees who provide services. Gratuity is at the discretion of the client.

Beverage and Food Service: We offer a complete selection of beverages to compliment your event. Please note that alcoholic beverage sales are regulated by the State of New York. Forest Hill Catering, as a licensee is responsible for the administration of these regulations. No beer, wine or liquor are to be brought into the Blue Barn Facility. No Consumption of alcohol in the parking lot. We reserve the right to enforce this by first notifying the client. We will ask the guest to leave the premises. We do not serve shots or neat drinks on our bars. We do not serve anyone under the age of 21 alcoholic beverages. Additional Package Hours Available please inquire.
