Does your staff wear a uniform? All our staff wear a formal black and white uniform. We encourage you to have your vendors do the same.
How long does it take to feed everyone? We utilize a double-sided buffet, and in some cases, two buffets with four sides total, to allow your guests to be served in about 20 minutes. The buffet remains open for an hour or so to allow your guests plenty of time for seconds.
What happens when extra people show up? You’re in luck! Because we are an experienced catering service, we can always handle the unexpected! We can quickly set up that extra table and handle those surprise guests! While we would prefer to know ahead of time, relax and know that we have it covered!
Do you cut and serve the wedding cake? Yes, we do! We will cut and or set out your desserts (because we know it’s not just a cake anymore!). The cake is side boarded for the guests to help themselves. We do not supply any stands or trays. A full coffee service station is available after dinner and thru the evening as a complimentary service.
Desserts: All cakes and pastries must come from a Monroe County Health Dept. approved bakery. NO other food or beverage items may be brought into or taken out of the facility.
What type of liquor will be available at the open bar? Our “House” open bar consists of the following: Gin, Vodka, Rye, Scotch, Bourbon, Rum, Bottled Beer: Blue and Blue Lite, Woodbridge Wines, A featured Blue Barn Cider, A Craft Beer and sodas.
Our Premium Open Bar: Tangaray, Absolute/Titos, VO, Dewars, Captain Morgan, Jack Daniels, Bacardi, Southern Comfort, Mondavi Wines, Bottled Beer: Blue, Bleu Lite, Craft Beer, a featured Blue Barn Cider and sodas. This is an additional charge of $8.00 per person to your package.
Premium Brand will be available for purchase on all packages for your guests.
Extra hours are available for open bar.
