For outdoor events, you can select from one of our picnic options. Our picnic catering services are perfect for a family reunion, corporate team-building event, or graduation party. We transform your outdoor gatherings into exceptional experiences, no matter your outdoor event.

Do you offer a bar service?
We proudly offer a Bar Service to elevate your guest's experience. We are fully licensed and insured, and our professional bartenders can craft a variety of classic cocktails and beverages to bring fun and sophistication to your event.
Booking With Us
Do your catering packages require a deposit?
Yes, we do require a deposit for our catering services. For weddings, the needed deposit is $500, while general events require a $200 deposit. Any deposits must be paid within 5 business days, or the date may not be held. Please note deposits are non-refundable.
Is there a delivery fee for catering orders?
Delivery fees are $30.00 for a 40-person minimum event. There may be additional travel fees for certain distances or smaller events. These fees will be outlined in your catering proposal. We strive to keep delivery charges reasonable and transparent.
How far in advance do I need to book your catering services?
We encourage you to book catering for your event as soon as possible. It is very possible that the day of your event may become booked, and we cannot cater your event. Please contact us about our availability for the date of your event!
What is included in your catering packages?
Our catering packages typically include food preparation, delivery, setup, and cleanup. We also provide serving staff and necessary equipment, such as chafing dishes and utensils.
How do I confirm my booking with Forest Hill Catering?
To confirm your booking, we require a signed contract and a deposit. The deposit amount will be $500 for weddings or $200 for general events. Final payment is typically due a specified number of days before the event.
What is the process for finalizing the guest count?
We require a final guest count 15 days before the event to ensure accurate preparation. This final count will be the basis for your invoice.
Is there a minimum or maximum guest count for catering services?
We can accommodate events of all sizes, from intimate gatherings to large-scale celebrations. Please contact us with your specific guest count for more detailed information.
What is your policy on cancellations and refunds?
Our cancellation and refund policy varies depending on the timing of the cancellation and the specifics of your event. Please review our terms and conditions or contact us directly for detailed information. Deposits are non-refundable.

As our primary focus is catering, we do not offer event planning or coordination services at this time. We can recommend professionals in the area to help ensure your event runs smoothly.
