Forest Hill Catering has been fortunate to have started out on the maiden voyage of Blue Barn Cidery Weddings in 2017 and now the beautiful Pomona. With our 2 years’ experience with the facility and our 40 years in the Full Service Catering business, we will smoothly guide you thru the process for your big day. We have created several menus with you in mind and have combined all the necessary things under one price. You can trust that you are our top priority!!
General Information
Deposits: We require a $500.00 Deposit to secure your date. Your deposit will be applied to your final invoice at full value. In the event that you cancel your event, your deposit becomes the property of Forest Hill Catering
All payments are in the form of check, certified check or cash ONLY!
Deposits are made out to Forest Hill Catering and can be mailed to: 360 Maiden Lane Rochester NY 14616. Please note the date of your event on ALL correspondence. We offer a 5% Discount for paying your final invoice in cash.
Guest Count: Final count is due 15 days prior to your event. At this point you will only be able to add guests, not remove any. Please keep your vendors in mind for the count as well as a place for them to sit. Final payment due 8-10 days prior to your event. There is a 20% Administrative Fee. This is NOT a gratuity to the staff but a taxable fee for the orchestration of your event. 8% NYS Sales Tax is also added. Both are added to the total. Gratuity is at the discretion of the client and very much appreciated.
Beverage and Food Service: We offer a complete selection of beverages to compliment your event. Please note that alcoholic beverages are regulated by the State of New York. Forest Hill Catering, as a licensee is responsible for the administration of these regulations. No Beer, Wine or Liquor are to be brought into the Pomona Facility. No consumption of alcohol in the parking lot. We reserve the right to enforce this as well as guests who have indulged to much in our estimation and can ask the guest to leave the premises.
We do not serve shots or neat drinks on our bar services. We do not serve anyone under the age of 21.
House Selection: Gin, Vodka, Rum, Bourbon, Whiskey, Scotch with assorted mixers. Mondavi Woodbridge Wines: Chardonnay, Riesling, Pinot Grigio, Cabernet and Pinot Noir. Beer: Labatt Blue and Lite, Budweiser and lite, Mic Ultra
Premium Selection: (an additional $8.00pp) Titos, Tanqueray, VO, Jack Daniels, Dewar’s Capt Morgan, Bacardi, Wines and Beers remain the same.
